Archipel’s forty-first release brings Dr. Nojoke into the spotlight with the extra thick and intricately percussive “Kleine Cliknophonie”.

“Desertas” is a thick skinned and sticky low slung psychedelic funk animal running in percussive cycles so warm they become immediately tangible. “Emporungsstandard” spins a web of bending raw vocalizations in a sultry atmosphere of twirling hypnoscapes.

“Flugs” heavily holds itself up with rhythmic strength walking amongst a crowded corridor of exotic and foreign memories created within moments never experienced prior to their conception while still remaining familiar.

“Hohlophony” begins with fluttering swarms of white noise insect life and atonal musings and quickly evolves into a caustic nether-hours freak-out. “Nur Himmel” carries a hefty, warm and wooden elastic weight with sideways, hypnagogic synaptic synthesis splashed throughout.
